CONFIDENTIALITY AND YOU

This write-up is a very blunt piece, and as such, whoever reads this and feels guilty is advised to pick a lesson instead of an offence.

Your Name, A Key

What will be the first thing that trikes the mind when your name is mentioned? Think of it!

We sometimes think little things don't matter, as long as we are satisfying ourselves, feeding our ego and having our way, we are home and dry. who cares!
Get hurt, get played, get out and get lost are our theme for those who we intend to throw out of our way to score a point.

What strikes a person's mind when they see you today, can be same as what strikes their mind when they hear your name tomorrow.

A young innocent boy couldn't graduate with good grades, just because his father did something to someone years back, while he was still a lecturer. And as life would have it, that same person became his son's lecture latter in the future. *solve the puzzle

Some time in the 1980's, a top Manager in a particular organisation by name Mr John called in a young promising chap Joel to his office, showed Joel his promotion letter and tore the-same letter in both their presence.

He said to him: " Joel, you will never get a promotion."
Life again played out years down the line; Mr John the retiree got one of his sons a job at that same organisation. Mind you, Mr Joel is now a senior Staff and has the capacity to determine the future of any staff, as long as that organisation is concerned. *solve the puzzle.

Someone ones mentioned his name to another and the response was:

The Conscience and Emotional Intelligence

Has any other person noticed what the conscience does to a man? Well...

Apart from the fact that it pricks one when one does things that are not right, It also makes one read meaning to things entirely different from what is intended. And to make matters worse, a guilty person can further personalize the innocent Words or Actions of others.

But do you know what?
The Scriptures says in Titus 1:15 "unto the pure, ALL things are pure but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their minds and conscience is defiled"
Now, come to think of it; the bible is so complete.

In summary, do not allow any body's word or action distract, disturb and still take you to HELL, it will be your loss not theirs. ‎ONLY God sees the INTENT of a man's heart, you DON'T and so quit thinking that every word or actions are directed at you.
Note: until you know the motive behind a person's action, your judgement may be wrong

The person you 'think' you have issues with might not even know it or must have forgotten about the whole thing and had since moved on with life, while you lie there holding grudges for no just reason, reading meaning where there should be non. 
This can cause you more harm than you think.

‎Here are SOLUTIONS, if you find yourself in this situation:
1. Clear your conscience by settling issues . You can humbly call the person involved and ask questions where you are not so clear or confused.

Sit Up! ... and Do The Right Thing

No body would want to leave decisions to the hands of those who will make a mess of it.

Most Young people do not exhibit the act of leadership but they sit and complain that the elderly ones have refused to give them charge over affairs.

I challenge every young person to wake up to responsibility:
Some other young people are at the hem of affairs in multinationals and some are just an admin in a whatsapp group.
Where do you belong and what is your vision?

Find The Lessons

We sometimes ask for the wrong things and mostly do this out of fear.

I could remember vividly how I hated driving under the rain, I would rather stay back, join someone else that could drive in the rain or go with a public bus.

This continued for a long time until one day I was out there heading for a state after Lagos State, feeling on top of my game while listening to worship music ( I love to worship).

The sunny Skye suddenly turned cloudy, darker and darker it got until I was forced to whisper prayers to God to please not allow the rain because I do not drive under rain and don't think I could do it at all.

As it started to drizzle (against my wish and prayers),

THE BRT LESSON

... and so, needed to hit Victoria Island of Lagos state Nigeria this morning before work...
'Lagocians' know the usual traffic saga as one of Eko's logo...lol
To beat traffic so I could meet up with my work time, I parked my car somewhere safe and joined a BRT bus since it's fully air conditioned and runs on a customized lane, makes it an easy way through (which of course turned out to be).

But here is the reason for this piece of writing>
On my way back, I learnt several lessons of which I am not in a hurry to forget, since I had to pay for the ticket before i could join the BRT bus (as normal). I was initially walking towards the ticketer's point at my own pace when i noticed a man from behind walking faster than normal so he could get ahead, pay before me and probably get a better space for seat since it was just this one bus on ground at the time.

BEYOND RECOGNITION

I was at a wedding and sitting next to me was this lady, all made_up and looking extra good. She smiled at me and said hello, I returned the gesture but I was kinda contemplating if I knew her from anywhere because apart from the fact that her face actually looked familiar, she was looking at me like one who was expecting something more.

She continued her greetings, as she asked futher:

"hello! How are you doing, how is this and how is that? 

 Hope u are good and bla...bla...bla... this young lady was all out at me.

Then again, she noticed I was just there and the "hello" i said was okay for me, since I wasn't sure if she was somebody I knew or she's just being friendly because we were sitting close to each other.

Few minutes later, after she noticed I did not reciprocate( i guess), she said:
