A New Start (the Job)

As the year rolls by, we all should ensure that adequate arrangement is being made toward the coming year.

I know you are tempted to start putting on-paper those unrealistic plans for 2016. Yes, I call it unrealistic because most people do not set SMART goals, they only want to join the band wagon of 'activity-personnels'.
S= specific
M= measurable
A= attainable
R= realistic
T= timely

You need to sit up and do things the right way and the right way mustn't be every other person's way but a convinced way that will work.

your job is a vital aspect of your life because most of your time is spent at work. And so, let's talk about "a new start at work"
            Year 2016 is a brand new year, and so make up your mind to start in a brand new way, move in a grand-style.
Determine not to do things the usual way, you have the capacity to think-up new things; new method of solving problems, new way of relating with colleagues, new ideas to share with your boss or superior.

I challenge you to find something new, do a discovery;
Discover something new about using the computer,
a better way of understanding individual (those you relate with in the course of the job), identify their differences and relate with each one in their peculiar way (the method Is very profitable, please try it ) .
Cultivate the habit of not only reading periodicals and magazine, also read people, learnt that act.
Know what motivates others to do their job and incase you work in group, use that skill to get others involve in the task at hand.

Do not pick offence when you are corrected, instead pick a lesson and act on it.
Don't get involved in the 'eye-service' duty this coming year, do the needful. Even when the required is not available, make do with what is available.

Work with time and always remember that you can only use time to your advantage because you can't control it.
Do not get carried away with competition, sometimes the people that you compete with do not have so much to offer, even if they have, what they can do is limited and so if you keep doing what they are doing, who will do something new?

Finally, no matter how much you are being paid, work as if you own the business because some day you will own yours and the law of karma will come knocking.

Nice year so far but I expect a better you in 2016
