but our actions/inaction and even our words show we haven't forgiven talk-less of forgetting.

Most times times we take the word of God for granted... If you do not totally forgive those who offend you, God knows & He'll punish you for it.
Harsh? No, just the truth.
Believe in living the WORD(the word of God, Holy Scriptures) & not just quoting it...
