The SA Football Association will announce the new Bafana Bafana coach at a National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Saturday July 26, Safa CEO Dennis Mumble said on Tuesday.
"The position of the Senior Men's National team needs to be ratified by the Safa NEC; therefore, the long-awaited announcement of the new Bafana Bafana coach will be made immediately after the NEC meeting next Saturday," Mumble said in a statement.
Outgoing coach Gordon Igesund's was informed last month that his contract would not be renewed after it expires at the end of August.
