WORDS, How Powerful?

Communication is something we can’t almost do without. But do we really choose the words that come out of our mouths wisely?

Or even text messaging or online post and comment?

Do we even think/mean the words that we say?

Hardly, right?. Unfortunately, we have been accustomed to relying on words completely. We tend to ignore all other forms of communication. Those other forms of communication are what speak the loudest.

If you are talking to someone you haven't seen in a while or you someone online , you are relying and completely trusting what they are telling you(in most cases). How do you know otherwise? Anyone could go on a forum and say that he is a god-fearing lady, when in reality he is actually a guy who doesn’t even believe in God.

You just never know. Or maybe that friend that dropped out of school and never learnt any trade is claiming to be highly successful and happy, when in reality he is steps away from being homeless.

Now with the Internet, you just have to believe what these people are saying. Sure, you can go on Skype or Hangout with them and see them, but do you know that they are actually being honest, still? If you believe them and you're right, you're lucky. If you're wrong, you're gullible.

But text messaging and Internet is clearly not the only way that words can be taken advantage of.

Pay Attention To Tone

Tone is also a very big part of communications. No matter what a person is saying, their tone may be a huge indicator of what they actually mean. We are much familiar with tone than we are with body language. You can tell when someone is angry, happy or just being sarcastic; not by what they are saying, but how they say it.

The Power Of Words

Thoughts, words, action and results are the endless circle of creation. Each part of this circle of creation has important features specific to its function as the precursor for the following event. In order to complete a cycle, there must be a conception of ideas that usually leads to documentation, on to implementation and culmination.

Of all the animals on the planet, one stands apart and unique from the others because of its ability to move beyond its instinctual programming and supplant reason above its will to survive.

Of course, this animal is human. But most times we don’t carefully choose our words, which shouldn’t be. The Bible say in Proverbs 18:21 that THE POWER OF Life & death lies in the Tongue.

Which means that we can kill our fellow human by our spoken words and the same time we can make people stay alive also by the words of our mouth.

Bottom-line:

Be Honest with people.
Chose your words rightly
Don’t say what you don’t mean or make promises you wont be able to keep after a while.
Use your words wisely.
