Back Pain? You Caused It!


Lot of people go around thinking that back pain 'must' be a kind of sickness or condition.

the good news is this; not all back pain is caused by sickness. Here are simple but vital things we should know to avoid that pain:

Do you sleep on a manually compressed mattress? such mattress that have stayed for over 10years, and its no longer in shape. It can cause your back harm because it has become UN-even and its no longer good enough to keep your body in the position it should be while asleep.
Change That Mattress!

Do you carry your house along with you? ....Drop that face, lol. well if you carry heavy bag with the intention to have all you need for the day's job right beside you, then you shouldn't expect your back to be happy about it.

Carrying a bag on one of you shoulder make the body imbalance, thereby, getting your spine out of balance too. Please & Please, carry a smaller bag. Your body should not be forced to carry something more than 10% of your its weight.
Change That Bag!

Do you spend most of your time sitting? especially those whose work require sitting at a position, its most likely they get the back pain. After sitting for few hours, you should walk around for few minutes before coming back to your seat. Also, at any given opportunity, take a long walk(trek). Avoid taking drops to a distance you can walk.
Get Up From That Seat!

Do a daily exercise and drink enough water.
