There are things that can cage us for so long & until we identify those things and do something about them, we'll not know how much harm we might be causing ourselves .
We'll be doing our selves good, IF we can just let go.

- Worries
- Bitterness
- Hatred
- Lust
- Infatuations
- UN-forgiveness
- Hurts
- Revenge
- Malice
- Fight
- Covetousness
- Bad Gossip
- Lousiness
- Anxiety
The list is endless once we can identify more & place it up there But 1st, what have you decided to do about things like these?
