STAY FLEXIBLE

Be flexible, be open to correction and always try to pick a point from critics. One of the advantages of being flexible is that no matter how people try to bend you, you cannot be bent out of shape.

One thing, I have come to learn in life is that being corrected is a wonderful measure, just like a wood that is worked upon with nails, hammer, and sandpaper. The wood will turn out refined and beautiful, looking well fixed, smooth and in a perfect shape. Ready to be taken to a well-decorated house or even a palace, but as for the critics, like the nails; will be invisible, as the hammer; they will be worn out and as the sandpaper, they will be useless. The end of all those tools will be the carpenter’s shop or the trash can.

It’s also important that you understand that everyone we come in contact with in life, has a specific assignment in our life and when they are through they will have to leave so as to create a chance for the next person to come in, (consider it a graduation day.....lol).

Note: Do not try to make anyone stay, let them go if they have to, just understand that their work with you is done and you have stepped up to face greater challenges
